Assistant Lead Nurse/ QP/ Case Manager for Home Care
Job description
Looking for an RN who is motivated and positive.
We're looking for a 10 hour a week (to start with), Assistant Lead Nurse, 1-2 days in the office and going into the field as necessary.
Job duties would include:
- Assist in the office to meet requirements of our licenses through department of health and DHS
- Assist in community outreach and marketing.
- Support nurses in staff in the field.
- Improving nurse services.
- Assisting with schedules
- Assisting with yearly education.
- Charting and overview of filing.
- Mantoux testing and reading.
This position will be central to our mission here and will be treated as such.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
