Job description
We are searching for a Human Resource Office Assistant. Full-time, Monday thru Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. This position provides the "first impression" of Reliable Cleaning through both telephone and in-person interactions.
Primary job responsibilities:
- Be first to answer office phone, assist walk-ins, and strive to address employee and customers concerns and requests.
- Ability to screen candidate applications and conduct initial phone interviews to assist Internal Recruiter.
- Support the Recruiter with management of candidate process from application to point of hire to onboarding and orientation.
- Coordinate with new hires on on-boarding completion and schedueling of start date and initial training.
- Ability to communicate employment information (wage, hours, PTO, attendance polcy,ect)
- Support employment questions regarding policy and payroll questions.
- Manage social media on Company website
- Employee engagement tasks.
- Manage in and outbound mail.

- Strong computer knowledge.
