We are an established restaurant group based in in Sedona, Arizona looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at our high-volume Flagship operation.

The ideal candidate would bring knowledge in helping to create and maintain an organized, professional culture and have a strong interest in team building, training, and sales. This position will be responsible for leading daily service by exemplifying professionalism and enlightened hospitality in all interactions and especially in difficult situations. Leading by example, developing, scheduling, coaching and consistently executing mutually decided upon standards with the service team are crucial aspects of this position.

Also involved are helping to oversee the beverage program as well as ordering for all Front of House needs. This position will work closely with our Corporate General Manager to educate, test, and maintain the FOH team as well as hand-in-hand with our Chef to ensure successful daily service. Proficiency in communications (verbal, written and digital) as well as goal setting for your department are mandatory. This position will be responsible for working with our General Manager and Controller to set monthly and yearly performance goals and budgets.

Compensation will be competitive with the possibility for bonuses and based on experience and ability to achieve mutually agreed upon team, sales & cost goals.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
