Master’s degree with a minimum of (4) four years of a progressive record of professional experience in business, higher education, career services, HR corporate recruiting, employer development/relations, talent acquisition, or related field which includes supervising employees.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Develops, implements, and assesses proactive comprehensive employer relations strategies in support of the University of Memphis vision, mission, and strategic goals. Oversees extensive planning, marketing, coordination, and employer participation in engagement and recruiting to attract a diverse array of top companies to provide a critical capacity of employer connections and career opportunities for students.

Manages the administration of on-campus recruiting program and web-based recruiting services including consultation and correspondence with employers, students, and faculty; analysis and approval of job postings and employer accounts; management of on-campus recruiting logistics and troubleshooting; and tracking of related data and outcomes.
