Collective Measures is seeking an Assistant Client Development Manager to assist in the development and coordination of new business pitches, proposals, and communications, for client and internal teams. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in an extremely fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
_JOB DUTIES:
- Assist in the development of new business pitches, proposals, and RFP responses, - via long-form writing or presentation creation - with the goal of helping to articulate agency capabilities and differentiators to clients and prospects
- Assist with coordination of internal pitch teams, including helping with internal communications, meeting preparation, and managing associated timelines
- Collect information to assist with lead qualification, helping to determine fit based on established agency criteria
- Maintain internal database of new business leads / contacts
- Communicate with prospective clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings, as assigned
- Assist with onboarding new clients and facilitating transition to assigned client team
- Aid in the research and analysis of prospects' business strategies and marketing needs
- Create and maintain reports related to business development leads and proposals
- Assist with the facilitation of ongoing lead nurture activities with relevant prospects
- Partner closely with agency leadership including Leadership and Executive Team members to meet agency new business goals
- Assist with the execution of agency marketing initiatives as assigned
_EDUCATIONAL / EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing agency setting and / or a college degree in business, marketing, or communications
- Sufficient knowledge of digital and traditional media, search engine optimization, social media, content, and marketing analytics tactics so as to effectively communicate with potential clients and colleagues about agency capabilities
- Documented experience completing research and bringing forward insights from analysis
- Demonstrated self-starter approach to work, positive attitude, and drive to consistently meet and exceed expectations to take on more responsibility
- Consistently strong professional presence, with the confidence and polish to present both internally and externally
- Demonstrated superior competency with written and verbal communication, particularly with persuasive business writing and PowerPoint presentations
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Innately curious about digital marketing and intrinsically motivated to learn more about the agency, this industry, and our clients’ / prospective clients’ businesses
- Advanced competency with PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
- Experience designing marketing materials in adherence to brand standards within PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Canva, etc. desired
