Skills/Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
- Due to government regulations, must be a US Citizen
- High School Diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of computers strongly desired
- SMT experience is a plus.
- Experience in Space & Defense manufacturing environment.
- Individual is expected to have good verbal and written communications skills.
- Candidate must be able to work in a self directed, teaming & continuous improvement environment.
- Self-directed teaming skills
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Continuous Improvement skills (6-Sigma); greenbelt is a plus

All OT must be pre-approved by client manager before OT hours are accrued by employee.

The minimum level of education required for ISC assignments is High School diploma/GED. Suppliers should obtain a copy of the candidates highest level of education (HSD/GED or degree) to avoid delays in on-boarding.

Worker will require a standard eye exam. Local facility is www.lakesideoccmed.com. The supplier should pay for the exam and bill/invoice back to Honeywell on a miscellaneous invoice through Fieldglass. The completed eye exam form must be brought to the worksite upon 1st day NEO (New Employee Orientation).

Worker will utilize eShop for weekly time reporting. Supplier should register in Fieldglass on behalf of worker as he/she will not need access to this system. It is imperative that the registration is completed as soon as possible after receipt of registration invitation. Honeywell manager is responsible for training worker to utilize eShop system. the candidates does NOT need to input time into Fieldglass. Time will be uploaded from echarge/eshop every Tuesday.

Please note – Clearwater only starts contractors on Mondays.

Start date will be moved up as needed in order for selected candidate to start once on-boarding is completed/clear. Be sure your candidates are available to start right away once on-boarding is complete.

All US, ISC, touch labor roles are eligible - Subco Bonus Program to 3k, and a change in the pay-out structure:

• $1k at 14 days w/perfect attendance;
• $1k at 60 days
• $1k at 90 days

** to get 60 and 90 day bonus; worker must have received 14 day bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
