Job description

We are a rapidly growing medical device start-up company looking for Assembly and Packaging Technicians. The Assembly and Packaging Technician is responsible for assembling, and packaging hearing aids. The technician must follow work instructions consistently with minimal supervision. Job Responsibilities

• Follow all relevant work instructions to assemble and package products.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area

Job Performance Measures

• On time arrival for shifts.
• Attendance.
• Assembling and packaging devices within acceptable time allotted and with acceptable quality.
• Accurately following relevant work instructions.

Job Requirements Education

• Ability to speak and read English required.

Experience

• No previous experience required.

Skills / Abilities Required

• Ability to do repetitive work seated at a desk or standing at a table.

Working Environment & Culture

• Electronic production line in office conditions. Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. required.

• Some company financial, intellectual property and trade secrets.
