Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Complete required assembly activities for an assigned cell while consistently maintaining product quality and safe work practices.
• Meet and maintain daily production rates and goals as established and required by the company.
• Read and follow standard work instructions.
• Keep supervisory staff informed of all cell activity including but not limited to information related to quality, parts supply and safety issues that may occur within the scope of responsibility.
• Complete all required cell activities and documentation for assigned work cell as requested by supervisor.
• Attend all required training.
• Adhere to safety procedures at all times.
• Address all quality and safety concerns via the appropriate channels for an assigned cell.
• Participate in all required continuous improvement activities as required by the business.
• Keep work station clean, orderly and free of safety hazards at all times.
• Actively participate in all department projects, tasks and objectives but not limited to continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain the highest ethical standards.
• Must be able to use all required tools in an assigned work area.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 
  Mandatory overtime may be required to meet business needs.
• High School Diploma or GED Preferred
• Sustain an acceptable attendance record by not exceeding the OPW points policy.
• Adhere to all required company and safety policies.
• Must be able to work all scheduled hours and work overtime as mandated by the business.
• Read and follow standard work instructions.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds of weight on a frequent and repetitive basis.
• Must be able to stand, bend, push, pull, twist, kneel and work in weather extremes.
• May work with Fiberglass.
• Must be able to wear all required PPE.
