Oberlin Filter Company is looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical assembly of parts and subassemblies. This job entails custom, interesting work for a person who wants the opportunity to work in a team environment.

Essential Job Duties:
- Fitting/Aligning of parts and subassemblies
- Layout, drill, and tap holes
- Reading Technical Prints, Schematics, & 3-D Drawings
- Utilize jib and overhead crane with engineering controls for your environmental health and safety
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required,
- Experience in a shop environment
- Certified to a moderate level of skill and knowledge to ensure compliance to standards and specifications.
- Excellent critical thinking & problem solving skills
- Understand written and verbal English
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day
- Age 18 or older

Pay: $19.50 - $22.00 per hour
