Highly rated Barberton foam manufacturing company in business over 70 years is seeking team oriented, and positive, employees to join their first shift assembly team.

• Monday through Friday 6AM-230PM
• Position starts at $14-$15/HR with potential for raise after 90 days

Job Duties of Assembly Line Worker

• Act as a team member in a manufacturing/assembly line environment
• Cut foam product to shape and specifications
• Quality check parts as they move down line
• Maintain company product standards
• Assemble pieces and glue parts of foam product

Requirements of Assembly Line Worker

• This is an entry level position
• Ability to stand majority of shift
• Keen eye for detail
• Capability of keeping a consistent pace
• Team oriented and positive attitude is a must

Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug screen.
