Job description

We are Berken Solutions, a successful conveyor company in Oconto Falls, WI. We have been steadily growing, successfully designing, building and installing systems for our clients. Now, we need assemblers to meet demand for our product!

Position Summary

Assembles components according to direction. Follows quality assurance standards. Assembles according to instructions and training. Adjusts assemblies as needed to comply with required specifications. Works in an organized manner following consistent procedures so that others can assist and take over as needed.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Able to read and understand written instructions, including drawings and labels. Able to learn and implement the proper use of tools and templates. Able to reproduce steps in order replicate an assembly according to an example piece. Accepts direction from supervisors and follows instructions from safety and managerial personnel. Communicates with co-workers to coordinate workplace activities.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Manual dexterity to perform assembly duties. Range of motion to place components properly for assembly. Uses physical ability with or without reasonable accommodations to carry components and finished assemblies to storage racks. Move within the facility to ensure safety for self and all employees. Ability to work in a facility with the minimum temperature of 60 degrees. Facility conditions and employee requirements listed are subject to and will comply with federal, state, and local requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
