Job Overview
We are currently looking for Assemblers to join our team in Ludington, MI.

As an Assembler, you will:
Be expected to develop and display knowledge, skills, and willingness to learn and perform variety of manufacturing tasks. Flex to meet production needs, produce sustained quality and timely results, maintain ongoing positive and collaborative behaviors, and reliably work all scheduled hours. Assemble products, install hardware, and/or compile parts kits. Utilize various tools to complete job requirements. Access electronic production systems to determine daily schedule. Access pick lists, pick all needed components. Verify that parts received match pick tickets. Inspect incoming components, parts and/or previous station's assembly work, and completed product, to ensure proper fit and function of all components. Correct or replace unacceptable parts. May sub-assemble components using hand and power tools in preparation for final assembly or for customer packet/kit. Perform final visual and quality inspection of product/parts. Prepare and may package components for next manufacturing process or for shipment to customer. Enter order data into electronic production system, create labels, and stage product for next operation. Escalate & document production nonconformance issues. Do you have these required qualifications?
Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to work in Ludington, MI without relocation assistance
Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship
8th grade education

Previous manufacturing experience

Large machinery and equipment used in work areas. Possibility of cuts, scrapes or bruises.
Moderate exposure to dust, noise, solvent, heat, paint, and lubricants. May also be exposed to glue, solvent, heat, paint, fiberglass, and denatured alcohol.
Constant mental and visual alertness required to avoid potential serious injury to self and others in all work groups.
Eye protection required; hearing protection may be required.
Moves and may lift materials and/or products weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally more (assistance given with heavier objects).
Walks, bends, twists, turns, reaches and lifts while performing functions of position.
Standing required for extended periods.
Work requires regular repetitive arm and hand movement.
