JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Accounts Receivable Associate will have an integral role within a growing Finance organization by invoicing a diverse customer base and managing the collection process for a portion of MPG’s AR portfolio.

This position will directly interface with our customers and collaborate internally with various departments at MPG such as Accounting and Sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process timely and accurate customer billings

• Process credit and debit memos

• Handle collection matters and dispute resolution

• Manage the Accounts Receivable Aging balance

• Assist in the development and implementation of billing and collections procedures for the company

• Ad Hoc Tasks as assigned

• Assist with annual audits

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

• 5+ years experience with invoicing, collections, and cash application

• QuickBooks and/or Microsoft Business Central/Dynamics experience a plus

• Proficient in Excel

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
