The role of this opportunity is to generate conversations with new potential clients through lead generation and to recoup and reset leads through follow up. You will work directly with the owners and learn unique marketing and sales strategies using the world's largest professional network - LinkedIn. You will be exposed to strategies that are crushing it in the marketplace such as: LinkedIn Events, Roundtables, Ask Interviews, High ticket Offer Creation. We’re looking for a results-driven Enrollment Specialist with excellent interpersonal skills, who is hungry, fearless and that can show proven results. Previous experience in a setter or sales role is an advantage. With this position there is opportunity for growth within the company.
Experience Qualifications:
- 1+ years Setter/Sales Experience of prior inside/phone sales.
- Inbound / Outbound Setter/Sales Experience.
- CRM Experience (a bonus)
- Ability to combine sales skills with technical knowledge.
- Excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Internet.
- Must have a positive attitude and a high figure-it-out factor.
- Willing to learn or are already a master at objection handling.
- Always wanting to improve your craft in setting & selling.
- Fluent in English
- Office setup with: computer, cell phone and reliable internet connection (Mandatory)
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma.
- Located in the PST, MST, CST or EST time zones (UTC -8 to UTC -5)

Mission Of The Position:
To drive new business revenue by generating conversations with new potential clients (lead gen) and recouping and resetting leads who didn't initially close (follow-up).
Essential Duties:
- You'll be expected to generate 60 calls per month (approx 3 a day) through organic and outbound marketing methods such as:
- Farming people from FB groups
- Farming people from your personal fb page
- Calling leads who opted into the webinar
- Calling leads who opted into the paid leads on linkedin and youtube
- Following up with past inbound deals
- Following up with past inbound leads that booked and didn't fill out an application
- Lead generation from your Linkedin profile as per the Lead System
- Attend morning huddles
- Confirm tomorrow's appointments
- Prepare for tomorrow's meeting
- When a call is set follow up with them and send them case studies to look at before the call
- Make your weekly/monthly targets
Key Criteria/Requirements:
- Ability to work anywhere within North American time zones.
- Fluent in English.
- Has the ability to close high ticket sales for clients.
- Has a strong work ethic and desire to get results while serving the clients.
- Is comfortable with online technology.
- Is strong with accountability to self, clients and customers.
- Has a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Home office set up with a computer, headset, cell phone, and good internet connection (Mandatory).
- A proven track record of past performance.

- You will be tasked with staying up to date with your numbers and CRM activity. This is SECONDARY to hitting your numbers, but still important

- You'll be having crucial conversations on a daily basis which - a lot of the time - can be life changing conversations for the prospect. You must be calm under pressure and and hold firm to help the prospect make the best decision for them
