In-Store Marketing Rep – FULL TIME PAY for PART-TIME WORK!!

Qualifications:

• High School or equivalent (Required)

• Driver’s License (Required)

• Sales: 1 year minimum (Preferred)

• Direct Customer Contact: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Description: KP Remodeling is looking for high energy, highly motivated people to join our growing In-Store Marketing Team! We are the largest subcontractor for The Home Depot. We are team oriented, challenging, and a rewarding company to work for.

Job Details/Responsibilities:

• Approaching and engaging customers directly at one of the three Home Depot stores nearest you for a short, but active 5 hour shift.

• Walk around The Home Depot store engaging with customers and educating them on the awesome Cabinet and/or Closet Makeover process.

• Generate sales leads and schedule **FREE** in-home appointments for customers with one of our Designers.

Compensation Structure:

• We offer a generous safety-net wage for the hours you work, but we want Promoters that want BIG-TIME PAYCHECKS!

• When that appointment you set is seen and quoted, you get_ PAID!_

• Our pay structure is_ *UNCAPPED* and our average team members make a minimum of $25 per hour in just their second week! _

• We currently have team members making_ upwards of $65-$80 per hour!_

• 10am thru 3pm, Monday through Sunday!

• 3pm thru 8pm, Monday through Sunday!
