Department Overview Supply Chain and Logistics
Job Description
Analyzes complex supply chain problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decisionmakers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Creates and reviews distribution procedures and manages inventory to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and cost reduction . Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategictactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. May provide consultation to users and lead crossfunctional teams to address business issues. May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.

Distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly logistics financial and service metrics to Supply Chain leadership team.

Perform root cause analytics and provide actionable improvement plans to drive efficiency andor service improvements with internal and external partners

Support Logistics optimization efforts by identifying opportunities and building data driven business cases

Communicate with and influence external partners to ensure effective order fulfillment

Provide input to Senior Management from Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc. on trends andlogistics data

Provide support and coverage for Supply Chain Team

Maintain various industry benchmarking metrics and analysis

Perform adhoc analysis and other jobrelated duties as assigned

Additional Qualified Skills

Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics prior VS&A industry experience, preferred

Must be innovative, independent and responsive to changing business needs

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences

Commitment to continuous process improvement

Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work and influence teams

Selfmotivation and whatever it takes attitude

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, required
