• Summary Description: The Analyst, Financial Operations supports WHR IT Financial Operations & Governance by way of oversight on all transactions associated to Purchase Orders. The Analyst will investigate and resolve any late invoices and/or invoice hold notices. The analyst will work with Project Managers and Finance to reconcile financial entries at Project Closing and create ad-hoc reports based on leadership needs.

Essential Job Functions:

• Governance of the Oracle Purchase Order lifecycle (requisitioning, creation, receiving, payment), ensuring vendors are paid timely with no disruption to service
• Purchase order governance for external vendors
• Resolution of invoice issues and coordination with Finance, AP and Project Mgt
• Project Documentation & Financial Audits
• Monthly project-level transactions Requirements:
• Must be able to communicate effectively and build solid relationships with individuals at all levels, in multiple geographies and business functions.
• Ability to communicate decisions and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
• Experience working with PPM tools and financial systems (ex. Clarity, Smartsheet, Oracle EBS)
• Highly proficient knowledge with Windows applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Requirements: Remote or Onsite. Must be EST time zone

Contract position with possibility of extension.

Key Skills:

• At least 2 years Oracle experience
• Some financial experience with invoices and vendors
