The opportunity
The Customer Routing Analyst supports all routing and customer compliance for Retail.
This position sits within the Supply Chain department and will report directly to Sports Speciality Customer Service Manager
The role
- Assists in supporting major accounts (i.e., contact accounts regarding delayed carrier pickups, communicate with sales regarding routing issues, etc.).
- Adheres to customer specific routing guides to ensure compliance by routing and distribution teams for assigned accounts.
- Works with internal teams to prioritize receipt of product given account specific routing requirements, considering processing and order timing.
- Maintains routing table updates and ongoing maintenance.
- Assists in reviewing orders in WM and communicates to DC operations order handling/shipping requirements.
- Organizes and maintains current vendor routing guides. Responsible for obtaining updates as needed to ensure shipping compliance.
- Assists in monitoring orders released to WM for fulfillment and follow-up ensure that all have been processed and shipped. Troubleshoots any unresolved issues.
- Assists DC Logistics Clerks to handle certain customer specific requirements (i.e. BOL uploads, ARN entries, etc.) during and after the shipment has been processed.

- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 Years Relevant Experience

- Requires technical/specialized knowledge of methods, techniques, systems and processes in one field
- Has the ability to identifies and solves problems with many precedents covering most situations
- Will be primary contact for technical & specialized input
- Posesses the skills to identify and resolve immediate problems affecting team with available assistance
- Strong communicaiton skills
