What you will be doing

Under general direction of the Director, Customer Rebates and Revenue Management, the Customer Rebate Analyst is responsible for investigating and reporting monthly customer rebates and variance drivers, and supporting processes designed to monitor customer contract compliance on an ongoing basis.

Enters, maintains, analyzes and reports on customer rebates.

Reviews and tracks contracts

Validates data for accounting to support customer rebates.

Performs agreement reviews to ascertain needed updates and enhancement opportunities.

Collaborates with both the category team and the sales team to document and analyze the rebates associated to agreements.

Works closely with Accounting Teams, Finance Teams, PVA Teams and associates in the Sales organization to ensure that the calculations used to create rebate requests are consistent with contractual terms.

Strives for continuous process improvement in assigned areas.

Generates ad hoc analysis reports as needed.

Performs related duties as assigned.
What your background should look like

Normally requires BA/BS in accounting, finance, or other business-related field; normally requires a minimum of two (2) to four (4) years financial experience.

Strong organizational skills; strong attention to detail

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

Understanding of financial processes; knowledge of MS Excel

- This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
