Job description
Duties:
Airport wheelchair coordinators work alongside wheelchair agents to assist airline passengers in wheelchairs along with providing assistance to passengers with other disabilities (hearing impaired, visually impaired, etc.).
The wheelchair coordinators are responsible for checking in passengers that need assistance at dedicated waiting areas, located near the airline ticket counters. Coordinators also record passenger information such as name, flight information, and check-in times and ensure that they're assisted in a timely manner to security and on to their departing flights. Additionally, the coordinator is responsible for ensuring wheelchairs are returned to the counter area regularly and that enough chairs are available for passenger use.

Qualifications:
- Applicants must have a valid drivers license or state ID and be able to pass a federal background check
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to physically perform required work
- Professional appearance
- Customer service skills
- Dependable, self motivated and responsible
- Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule, including nights, early mornings, and weekends
