The Spirit of the Position:

The Maintenance position ensures customer satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness of the parking location.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general maintenance of the surface lot and/or garage – sweeping, wiping down surfaces and equipment, emptying trash, and picking up trash.
• Must work with or without supervision.
• Repair malfunctioning parking equipment to ensure appropriate access to customers.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.

Skills:

• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
• Must be open to feedback, differing opinions and other points of view.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
• Demonstrate the ability to seek improvement.
• Excellent teambuilding and interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands:

• Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
• Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
