Welcome to SEA, Seattle Tacoma International Airport. We're hiring for airport customer service agents ASAP.

Working with us at the checkpoints and surrounding area at the main terminal of the airport will be highly visible position to the traveling public and you must enjoy engaging and directing guests to various locations or providing information and assistance. You'll be managing long lines, instructing guests where to go based on current wait times, and communicating with team members on current queue conditions.

Sample of Shifts available:

3:45 am - 12:00 pm

1:45 pm - 10:00 pm

The majority of shifts last approximately eight hours. Shifts may vary from 4 1/2 and 5 hours to 8 or more hours per day. Operations are open from 3:45 to 23:00.

Starting wage will begin at $18.06 per hour and benefits are limited. The airport is open 365 days a year which will include weekends and holidays.

You will be actively involved in wayfinding, managing waiting spaces for travelers flying out or inbound internationally, and redirecting guests and assisting guests through security checkpoint entrances or assisting passengers within the checkpoints.

We offer a friendly smile, helping hand, or even a translation (or several). You will need to be professional and motivated by interacting with those at Seattle Tacoma International Airport to be successful at this job. As you will be dealing with large crowds and sometimes long lines, the confident and friendly are encouraged to apply.

You will also need to feel confident in using available technology to communicate with colleagues and share information with customers such as the use of phone apps (flySEA or Mobile Passport) and the use of two-way radios. This will be a very active position with frequent walking and standing or sitting for extended periods of time excluding breaks.

Due to our work with international inbound flights and the region's traveling public as well as other workers providing services to our guests, our team members must be able to communicate effectively in English and fluency in another language is preferred particularly those associated with guests entering on international flights and the region, at large.

One must be able to obtain and maintain an airport badge with preference to those also able to obtain a Customs seal for work in international arrivals areas.
