As an Aircraft Schedule and Dispatch Coordinator II, you'll coordinate safe and efficient operations within your area of expertise affecting flight safety in accordance with federal aviation regulations and company flight manuals. You'll inform appropriate station staff concerning changes in flight status or schedule and ensure crew and aircraft are scheduled for each departure. You'll also assist with tracking and documenting all required aircraft and aircraft component inspections and scheduled maintenance.

Must-haves:
High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 4 or more years of relevant experience
A higher level degree may substitute for experience
Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Experience with performing maintenance techniques on military aircraft
The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Preferred:
Prior experience in a Lead role; the ability to mentor, train, guide and inspect the work of subordinates
Active, current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant certification and Inspection Authorization (IA) Designation
FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certification
Maintenance experience with fixed-wing turboprop and rotary wing aircraft
FAA repair station experience
Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
