About YOU
As an Aircraft Maintenance Apprentice, you will be
assisting AMTs to perform aircraft maintenance duties in accordance with the company, FAA, and OEM guidelines. Once you have successfully completed this one to two year program, you may have the opportunity for a position as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, this is based on operational need and once you have successfully obtained your Airframe and Powerplant license.

Fine Print
- High School Diploma or GED (essential requirement)
- Must be actively attending an Aviation Maintenance Technician School, in good standing with the school, good attendance and a minimum 3.5 GPA with the intent of obtaining your Airframe and Powerplant License. (essential requirement)
- Must be able to pass Mechanical Aptitude Test (essential requirement)
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule required to include various shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime - as needed (essential requirement)
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors and in all types of weather conditions (essential requirement)
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment that requires lifting (up to 75lbs), bending, reaching, crawling, standing for long periods of time, able to fit in tight places at times, work with tools, test equipment, work in heights (excess of 10 ft) and prolonged periods of sitting (essential requirement)
- Minimum technical experience in an industrial environment (essential requirement)
- Must be able to pass DOT required drug and alcohol testing (essential requirement)
- Must be able to pass required criminal background check (essential requirement)
- Able to travel as needed to assist with out of service aircraft, this will be limited for Apprentice (essential requirement)
Pay & Perks
Compensation will be $21.00/hr. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
