Aviation Charters has been in business since 1985; we are a well-established management and FAA Part 135 air charter operator with a continuously growing fleet. We are currently operating eight planes ranging from turboprop-heavy jet. Aviation Charters is seeking to hire a motivated individual for our Trenton Mercer Airport NJ location.

The position entails:

· Generating and retaining new customer leads

· Establishing and maintain portfolio of clients

· Managing trips from initial charter request to post flight follow up

· Obtaining and generating quotes

· Communicating with customers, pilots, maintenance, and brokers

· Flight following

· Coordinating trips with relevant authorities (operators, customs, FBO’s, etc.)

· Work schedule flexibility as needed including weekend and after hours

· Cold calling, email marketing, and networking

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate

· Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills

· Responsible, creative and highly motivated

· A proactive and creative way of dealing with challenges as they arise

· Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality of all client and customer information

· Understanding of aircraft, their range, capability, and crewing

· Must be able to work flexible shifts including, weekends, nights and holidays to meet our clients’ needs

Education and Experience:

· Plus, previous experience of part 135 & 91 operations

· College degree a plus, but not required

· Plus, be familiar with other Part 135 operators/ equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
