This job is responsible for ensuring the necessary systems are operating as they should be by analyzing data and comparing data across systems and spreadsheets. This role is highly analytical and requires intense data research skills. Coordinates with business and IT to facilitate systems enhancements and bug fixes. Testing fixes and enhancements prior to production.

Job Description
All job duties may or may not be performed by all job incumbents, may vary dependent on assigned department. * Review software requirements. * Prepare and execute test cases. * Report bugs and errors using the proper process. * Prepare and review data to be reported on 1099 forms. * Prepare miscellaneous daily and monthly account reconciliations including the AIP escrow reconciliations. * Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Become proficient in the use of all necessary software applications, policies, & procedures.
  • Respond to all requests promptly and with an accommodating attitude.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers both internal and external at all times.
  • Communicate clearly, openly, and effectively with Agents and co-workers both verbally and in writing.
  • Continually assess current processes to look for ways to create efficiencies.
  • Bring an innovative mindset to address daily issues.
  • Provide a positive corporate image with the company and in public. * Bring to the attention of the department Director any business activity which is not in compliance with federal, state, or local laws or the highest standards or business ethics and integrity * Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements Education Required - High School Diploma, equivalent or equivalent experience Preferred – Associates Degree
Experience Required –MS Excel Skills Preferred – 1+ years in a previous office setting, Customer Service experience Preferred - Basic knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle

Physical Requirements & Work Conditions

Physical Demands & Requirements

Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Hearing. Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.

The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.

Environmental Conditions

The work environment described here are meant to be representative of those an employee would normally encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. The physical environment requires the employee to work inside where there are limited extremes to heat and/or cold; moderate noise; a normal office environment. Travel may be required for trainings and meetings—up to 15%

Salary Range: $33,000– $55,000 Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including the cost of living associated with your work location, your qualifications, skills, competencies, and relevant experience
