Job Title: After-Hours Logistics Specialist (National Emergency Response Team)

Location: Remote/Virtual

Starting Hourly Rate: $25 with additional weekly performance incentive potential

Schedule: Looking to fill the following shifts

• Friday to Tuesday 12:00pm to 8:00pm EST
• Friday to Tuesday 4:00pm to 1:00am EST
• Wednesday to Sunday 7:00pm to 1:00am EST

Who we are: LDR Site Services was founded in 2010 and offers its customers a single point of coordination for equipment rental and related waste hauling services to site-based projects across the US supporting multiple industries with varying needs including environmental, emergency response, facilities maintenance, retail, government construction and other commercial markets. Job Duties:

• Receive and enter customer order request for managed site services products.
• Accurately input orders into Salesforce, ensuring quality data entry and all applicable information that will inform procurement, customer support and accounting.
• Respond to assigned cases in a timely and professional manner, assuring customers their inquiries have been received and are being addressed.
• Using standard pricing guideline, provide accurate quotes to customers and a commitment to deliver services within an acceptable timeframe.
• Leverage our network of vendors to source orders; ensuring the selected vendor will deliver the product(s) within the agreed time and at a price that will maximize margins.
• Negotiate with vendors to maximize margins and minimize costs, avoiding extraneous fees and/or gouging due to the urgency of client's needs.
• Manage and maintain a file of open purchase orders and follow up daily to ensure sales records are complete and capable of being accurately invoiced.
• Provide vendors with all relevant site and contact information, obtain ETA, prep vendor to provide all weight tickets and other paperwork required for invoicing.
• Proactively inform customer of status of scheduled delivery or removal.
• Communicate client needs and demands to internal stakeholders, create tickets for accounting and customer support to execute necessary service requests.
• Coordinate with team members working on the same account to ensure consistent service and clients receive updates on their requests over the lifecycle of an order or project.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, especially with project managers, account executives and other key decision makers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience by meeting deadlines, effectively fulfilling orders, and delivering on project objectives.

Basic Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years of proven experience
• Experience in a customer driven remote environment a plus ability to communicate effectively over the telephone, email and social media with a high attention to detail
• Solid Technical/computer aptitude familiar with using Salesforce.om or similar CRM to organize and maximize prospecting efforts into target accounts
• Have a structured/self-motivated approach to meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly goals
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
