Giddy is looking for a Senior PPC Specialist with a passion for leading digital marketing strategy and execution opportunities. You understand how to get the most value from your media budget, channel synergies and the media landscape. Hands-on media buying expertise across search, social, programmatic, and content syndication is a bonus. You should have a deep understanding of consumer behavior across all media channels and an eye on the future of media.
Job brief
The Senior PPC Specialist will work with internal stakeholders at Giddy to define goals, audiences, channels, content and creative, budgets, and KPIs. The focus of the position is to build attention-getting campaigns for the Giddy website and DTC brands that support our unique business model.
Responsibilities:
- Ideate, plan, execute and optimize comprehensive display and native marketing strategies, media plans, and campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to maximize ROI, and decrease CPA across various platforms such as Outbrain, Verizon, AdRoll, and Criteo.
- Analyze daily performance and create weekly performance reports to be shared with the Growth team.
- Continuously research and test new ad formats and platforms.
- Implement and ensure all tracking and pixels are set up correctly via Google Tag Manager.
- Negotiate direct buys for best pricing and value adds.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on media buying, via direct publishers, ad networks, native platforms, social platforms, and DSPs
- Experienced in managing programmatic and RTB campaigns and optimizing towards business goals
- Proficiency with tag manager to QA and troubleshoot ad tags / assets and campaign tracking/measurement
- Proven experience profitably driving high-volume display customer acquisition
- Robust analytical skills and ability to work with and analyze a large volume of complex data
- Ability to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on the details
- Extremely self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
