Summary of Responsibilities:
Provide Administrative Support to Fix-It-Now (FIN) Team personnel, in support of various Work Management functions for Perry Plant as requested, including:
- Reviewing all new Nuclear Maintenance Notifications input into SAP to look for duplication, correctness, classification.
- Assist in planning of minor and/or simple orders based on the need of the FIN Team.
- Tracking of Orders/Notifications that the FIN Team is working and has completed.
- Trending of Orders/Notifications that the FIN Team is working and has completed to ensure the backlog is understood and maintained.
- Closing of Orders/Notifications that the FIN Team has completed working.
- Processing closed Orders/Notifications to ensure they are transmitted and received into records in a timely fashion.
Additional Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Demonstrate a solid commitment to all aspects of safety.
- Demonstrate sound internal and/or external customer service.
- Provide advice, education, and encouragement to others.
- Independently anticipates and meets internal/external customer needs.
- Uses effective communication skills with good judgment.
- Support FIN Team’s requests
- Performing Emergency Response Organization (ERO) duties as assigned.
Summary of Qualifications:
- Must have high school diploma or GED. A minimum of 7-10 years of related work experience preferred.
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must have a proficiency in SAP.
- Must demonstrate a questioning attitude to continue to learn, produce results, and strengthen existing relationships.
- Must have ability to follow established element practices, procedures, and instructions, and produce basic administrative work products in a thorough, timely and accurate manner.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, helpful).
- Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
- Must have the ability to deliver quality, accurate work within established deadlines.
- Must reside or relocate to within site-specific ERO response time area.
