Valley Community Services Board is looking for an Adult Outpatient Services Manager to join the Behavioral Health team! The Adult Outpatient Services Manager is responsible for all adult mental health and substance use treatment services and serves as an integral member of the Behavioral Health Department leadership team.

Summary of Essential Functions

• Provides guidance, direction, and accountability for the adult mental health and substance use treatment teams.
• Develops and maintains a healthy, productive environment for team members.
• Coordinates services for clients among VCSB providers and external partners.
• Works closely with the Assistant Director of Behavioral Health for Outpatient Services to prepare, analyze, and submit reports as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
In order to be minimally qualified, candidates must meet all of the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field from an accredited program,
• Current licensed mental health professional credential(s) in the Commonwealth of Virginia,
• Current certification as a clinical supervisor, and
• At least two years of management experience with mental health or substance use treatment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
