Overview:
Aurora on France is an innovative community, connected to Fairview Southdale in the heart of Edina near many medical centers/providers. It is conveniently located off of Hwy. 62 and France Ave. on a bus line. Aurora boasts a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care, Assisted Living and Memory Care.
We are looking for an Admission Coordinator who will develop relationships with referral sources and work with internal teams to promote and maintain full occupancy. To assist the interdisciplinary team in meeting the needs of the residents and families of the assisted living!
This position includes:
- Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $21.00 to $28.00+. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

This position includes:
- 48 hours per pay period
- Benefit Eligible (Personal leave time) https://www.ebenezercares.org/benefits.html
- Ability to process and complete move-ins while Providing pre-move in counseling, information and tours.
- Facilitates the intake process and secures primary care provide
- Supports a sales and marketing plan aimed at full occupancy
- Lead the public assistance process for the resident
- All other duties as assigned
Required:
- High school Diploma/GED
- 0-1 years of experience
Preferred:
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
