Oregon Veterans Home - Lebanon located in the Mid-Willamette valley operates using the “Small House” model of service. We are a 154-bed skilled nursing facility that consists of 4 neighborhoods / 11 homes offering each Veteran a private bedroom and bathroom. Being the first of its kind in Oregon we have “Universal Workers” which creates a more resident-focused culture than a traditional skilled nursing facility resulting in a dynamic environment that enhances the care and honor of our Veterans.We are now accepting applications for Full Time Administrator
This is an exempt position with a maximum (base with bonus) salary range of $147,059 to $222,440 DOE
The Administrator will manage all operations of the facility in accordance with the current Federal, State, County and Local standard regulations. This position reports to the Veterans Care Centers of Oregon board of directors.

Requirements:
Current Nursing Home Administrators Licensure in the State of Oregon
3 years’ experience working as a SNF Administrator
Valid driver’s license
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the Abaqis system
