Portland's fastest growing independent ASC is looking for an experienced certified ASC administrator to help lead our VALUE BASED, QUALITY FOCUSED, multi-specialty center.

Pearl SurgiCenter/Pearl West is a 2 location outpatient surgery center(s) comprised of highly skilled surgeons, nurses, and staff dedicated to providing quality care to our patients.

Pearl is looking for a full-time Administrator for our beautiful downtown facility (one OR, one Procedure Room) and our BRAND NEW Pearl West facility with 2 OR's and expansion opportunity in both locations.

You will monitor and evaluate all activities of the center to ensure top tier medical care and optimal patient experience.

  • Prepare, control, and evaluate the operating budget. Monitor financial performance of the facility.
  • Develop, direct, evaluate, and administer financial, administrative, and personnel policy, procedures, and standards of conduct
  • Provide direction for and evaluation of all Medical Staff committee activities including, but not limited to, Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Infection Control, and delegates responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Facilitate communication and support employee and Medical Staff relationships.
  • Develop and monitors guidelines and standards to assure compliance with state requirements, medicare approval, and AAAHC.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as designated by the Board and Medical Director
  • Immediate supervisor: Board of managers and Medical Director
  • It is preferred that the Administrator have an advanced degree and minimum five years experience in an ASC administrative management position

  • The successful candidate must have the ability to work independently as well as function within a team; have the ability to analyze reports, determine priorities, and plan strategies; and must possess the ability to handle this challenging and time-consuming position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
