SUMMARY OF JOB

Responsible for all receptionist and clerical duties at the front desk. Responsible for initiating a meaningful customer experience via in-person assistance and/or answering phone calls. Consistent display of appropriate behavior and customer service skills.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
  • 2 years receptionist experience preferred
  • Experience with a multiple phone line console
  • Prior experience as a front office representative or similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Competent at following written/verbal instructions
  • Ability to work independently
  • Compliant with confidentiality agreements and regulations
  • Exemplifies professional demeanor and appearance in stressful situations
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Knowledge of office equipment such as copier, fax, scanner, and alarms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
