Job Overview: This is a full time 1PM to 9PM position. The schedule would be as followed during a bi-weekly pay cycle.

Week 1 of Pay Cycle: Monday through Thursday: 1PM-9PM, Friday: 9AM-5PM

Week 2 of Pay Cycle: Monday through Thursday: 1PM-9PM, Friday: OFF, Saturday: 8:30AM-3PM (NO LUNCH)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Enter client information in EHR (Electronic Health Records) system - Credible
• Check Clients in, verify address and phone number.
• Daily verification of insurances.
• Enter payments and provide receipts.
• Initiate and conduct client screening forms in EHR.
• Provide support to the front office.
• Answer incoming calls and take messages.
• Provide administrative services when requested to Director and therapists.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Skills, Knowledge, Training Requirements:

• Clerical Skills.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Prefer to have experience in the Human Service field.
