Job description

Commercial flooring subcontractor looking for sales assistant.

Organized, dependable, detail oriented, highly motivated individual who can work well with the existing team.

Job duties include:

- Computerized bid proposals

- Purchase orders and labor tickets

- Ordering, scheduling and job costing

- Have direct contact with customers and installers

- Track all ordered materials for adequate scheduling time

- Coordinate between customer and scheduling department

- Need to prioritize workload when handling more than one salesperson

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Subcontractor Experience a Plus, good interpersonal skills, ability to take initiative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
