Summary: The Project Coordinator provides administrative and technical support to the Sales and Quality departments for the two local divisions of the Business; Ready Mix Concrete and Aggregates. Reporting to the Sales Manager and supporting the Sales / QC department, the individual will support multiple functions behind the scenes which create consistency and value add to our customers. This is an administrative full-time position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Under the leadership of the Ready Mix & Aggregate Sales department, provide support to Billing, Price Administrative Management, Project Takeoffs and Setup, AGC, and System Maintenance.
  • Work within the Construction Exchanges plan room to review drawings, plans, specifications and quantities.
  • Provide administrative and clerical duties for filing, customer files and other areas.
  • Consolidate all information for unique projects, potable, scalable or other.
  • Lead and manage software integration with Sales system C4C
  • Provide administrative support for Ready Mix and Aggregate plants
  • Provide administrative support for Ready Mix with truck rentals.
  • Under the guidance of Quality Control, update the company systems (Command, Quadrell, Master data & Submittal) to ensure accurate products are connected to the commensurate jobs and customers.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • 2-4 years' Experience, or Combination of Education and Experience, or Solely Experience.
  • Knowledge of inventory and other ERP systems. Plus, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Web based Inventory and order processing systems.
  • Professional and accurate data entry and departmental communication
  • Displays willingness to make decisions; exhibits sound and accurate reasoning; and includes appropriate people in decision-making process.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote workplace, production and environment.
  • This position will reside within the administrative office and primarily be an in-office role.
