- Provides administrative support to senior leadership and serves as a resource for Packaging & Distribution Center (P&DC) staff
- Coordinates calendar and travel arrangements; prepares expense reports for senior leadership
- Manages special projects/events for the P&DC, including preparing and maintaining project plans and budgets
- Prepares action memos and purchase requisitions for P&DC
- Acts as liasion to Executive Leadership and Executive Assistants
- Provides coordination and logistical support for onsite and offsite meetings/events, including All Hands meetings, Employee Resource Groups, employee morale and team building events
- Handles project coordination tasks such as drafting, edititing, and compiling presentations and taking meeting minutes
- Responsible for office organization, records, and maintenance (hard copy and database) according to appropriate record retention guidelines
- Analyzes problems and associated data to determine approach in preparation of reports and subsequent recommendations
- Screens, routes, and/or responds to incoming phone calls, mail/packages and email
- Interacts with internal and external customers to provide pertinent information related to assigned activities
- Purchases office equipment and supplies, obtains bids, and performs inventory control
- Serves as the primary point of contact for charitable giving/sponsorship opportunities for the P&DC
- 6 to 8 years of related experience required
- Knowledge of Supply Chain functions (i.e. Operations, Logistics, Distribution, Production etc.)
- Proficient use of Oracle Applications
- Excellent PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (including Visio)
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
- Proven profesional approach to dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
