The Administrative Assistant assists the CEO and the owner by ensuring that the office is proficiently operated.

This is an in office position at our West Covina facility. Must be able to reliably commute to the office.

Please note that preliminary interviews will be taking place at our Corona office.

Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and efficiency skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal.
  • The ability to meet deadlines proactively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software and Google Suites: Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Google Docs. As well as CRM systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets formulas and functions required.
  • Proficiency in analyzing information and performing deductive reasoning.
  • Excellent customer relations skills and phone etiquette.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative on projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct guidance and supervision.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • QuickBooks knowledge and experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills .
  • 1-2 years of Administrative Assistant experience required. Some college preferred but not required.

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Prepares communications, such as emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules jobs with contractors and greets visitors.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, etc.
  • Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipating needed office supplies.
  • Manages and performs bookkeeping for multiple accounts.
  • Creates and maintains filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Offers excellent customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • West Covina, CA 91791: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
