RC Mowers in Suamico, WI is looking for a Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to help grow our business. This is a newly created position. We design and build remote-operated robotic mowers that are redefining the business of mowing.

You will help organize the company by tracking information, completing tasks, updating processes, and improving things wherever you can. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This list is not all inclusive and may expand, modify, or contract to fit company needs as deemed necessary by management.
- Responsible for office facilities upkeep, organization, and maintenance, especially in common areas like the breakroom and meeting rooms including managing facility vendors.
- Order and manage office supplies, kitchen supplies, apparel, business cards, and other office needs.
- Manage RC Mower company vehicle registrations, insurance changes, and driver logging systems.
- Perform variety of administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
- Assist with event planning and execution.
- Book Travel arrangements for local staff, including management of corporate travel accounts (airlines, rentals, hotels, etc)
- Assist with special projects for sales, marketing, and customer service.
- May include basic bookkeeping tasks like invoicing, expense receipts, order tracking, etc.
- May include disposal of excess equipment and supplies via Facebook Market Place or eBay.
- Performs other general office duties and any other tasks required by management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree or Bachelor degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative assistant or office manager experience preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Proficient with Microsoft Office computer software
- Ability to type 40+ words per minute.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Eager to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at times
