Abbott House is seeking a proficient Administrative Assistant to join the NSD and Group Homes team. In this role you will assist the department by providing administrative and secretarial support.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct all phone calls
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and faxes
- Maintain and distribute a variety of reports including staffing roster, caseload lists, daily census, petty cash and vacancy reports.
- Coordinates maintenance requests, repairs and purchases for all programs.
- Handle employee time sheets for the department.
- Maintain an orderly filing system for all departmental and individual case records.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
About You
You are the ideal candidate if you are interested in furthering your administrative skills while making an impact on your community. Being organized, well dispositioned, detail oriented and responsive are critical attributes to be successful in this role.
- You have at least a High School degree
- You have one year of administrative experience
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- You have excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
