We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional with excellent customer service, project management and administrative skills. Successful candidates will assist our team by administrating and coordinating all elements of business. This person will become a vital part of our business growth and will be able to develop a professional relationship with leadership and clients and gain valuable experience along the way.


Skills/Responsibilities:

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and navigate several types of software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take projects and assignments to completion and meet deadlines
  • Professional conduct in the office in both presentation and communication
  • Knowledge, understanding and experience using various software, including MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Duties include greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, assisting with special events, managing mail and supply orders
  • Manage reports, schedule meetings and book conference rooms
  • Liaise with staff in other departments, e.g., Finance, HR
