PRC Alliance Pain Relief Centers is a family of pain management specialists who are committed to relieving pain through exceptional and compassionate care. Our mission is to relieve patients of pain and provide outstanding medical care and comfort through a conservative yet comprehensive approach to pain management. We serve our patients at eight locations northeast of Orlando (Palm Coast, Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach, DeLand, Orange City, and Lake Mary).
We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be joining a team of pain management specialists that have made a difference for thousands of people suffering with chronic pain. The impact of minimizing pain and improving quality of life resonates with our physicians, nurses and staff who build strong relationships with patients and their families and see lives change.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
· Performs clerical duties including support for administrative team, coordination of meetings and calendars, obtaining supplies, routing mail, faxes, etc.
· Performs finance-related duties including data entry and running reports
· Must have interest in and aptitude for finance, desire without experience is ok
· Performs other duties as assigned
· Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive matters with discretion and tact.
· Must have a general knowledge of and the ability to maintain HIPAA privacy requirements.
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent experience
· Experience as an admin assistant or similar capacity 1-3 years
· Professional presence with strong written and verbal communication skills
· Basic experience, interest, and aptitude for finance
· Experience with QuickBooks preferred but not required
· Must have the ability to work in an independent and self-directed manner and assume individual initiative
· Must be able to multitask
· Must have strong customer service orientation
· Must be looking to grow and develop in the role

Pay Range:
· Based on experience $15.00-$17.00
Location
· Office-based at our Daytona Beach administrative offices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
