ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/FINANCIAL PLANNING ASSISTANT
Allied Wealth Advisors is a rapidly growing Christian Private Wealth Advisory franchise practice of Ameriprise Financial, LLC, in Lakeland, Florida. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Financial Planning Assistant to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITES
- Manage, gather, analyze, and enter/refresh data for client meetings
- Update Financial Planning Tools and generate meeting presentations
- Review client meeting notes for follow-up actions
- Create deliverables after client meetings
- Respond to client requests and inquiries
- Responsible for driving client meeting process
- Assist colleagues as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 + years of experience in the financial services industry
- Proficient in: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- CRM/Salesforce
- Ability to analyze, prioritize, organize and problem- solve
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
- Self-motivated, proactive and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently

COMPENSATION
- Salary: commensurate with experience
