ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/FINANCIAL PLANNING ASSISTANT

Allied Wealth Advisors is a rapidly growing Christian Private Wealth Advisory franchise practice of Ameriprise Financial, LLC, in Lakeland, Florida. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Financial Planning Assistant to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Manage, gather, analyze, and enter/refresh data for client meetings
• Update Financial Planning Tools and generate meeting presentations
• Review client meeting notes for follow-up actions
• Create deliverables after client meetings
• Respond to client requests and inquiries
• Responsible for driving client meeting process
• Assist colleagues as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 + years of experience in the financial services industry
• Proficient in: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• CRM/Salesforce
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, organize and problem- solve
• Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
• Self-motivated, proactive and detail oriented
• Ability to work independently

COMPENSATION

• Salary: commensurate with experience
• Bonus: performance based

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
