Administrative/Accounting Assistant
We are seeking a committed individual who will be responsible for performing administrative procedures to support senior management, office staff coordination and task management. We are looking for a reliable, energetic professional who does not mind wearing multiple hats as well as assisting the team in the day-to-day activities to support work-load balances. This is a “jack-of-all-trades” support position.

Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of accounts payable and credit card charges in QuickBooks
- Processing and paying invoices in a timely manner
- Bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
- Reconcile health insurance bills
- Process and record remote deposits
- Process patient credit card payments
- Business license renewals
- Perform data entry with high level of accuracy
- Display strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting files
- Scan, file, store, and manage records of information
- Serve as backup for payroll and human resources
- Various other projects as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word experience required
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound business judgment
- Must be able to also work within a team environment
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities
- Must possess both a strong sense of urgency and follow through
- Be able to uphold company code of ethics which includes honesty and integrity in everything we do.
- Ability to be discrete with the information handled
- Pass a background check, have good references, and be eligible to work in the U.S.
