Roto-Rooter is a growing business in the Plumbing, Sewer Drain Cleaning and Restoration service. This Administrative Assistant will be a key player in the on-going success of this busy location. The following duties, tasks will be some of what we are looking to find in this position:

• Detail oriented and has strong organizational skills.
• Is able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Is able to communicate effectively to employees, management customers, and vendors.
• Great customer service skills, able to answer calls and dispatch employees to jobs.
• Has strong problem solving skills and analytic skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Strong computer skills needed with accuracy and detail.
• Will assist the accounting department on payroll prep, monthly accruals, paying of bills, making deposits, conducting collection calls on outstanding customers.
• Support Management on Employee events, award presentation, appreciation, photos, meeting participation, and employee morale activities.
• Handle secure and confidential information.
• Work with management on items like fleet maintenance records, gas usage reports, driver safety coaching data, and ensure items are completed timely.
