Job Description:

  • This job will be an administrative role supporting the New Business Unit Sales team.
  • We are looking for someone to support new retailer setup for one of our brands, Zevo.

Work Process:
Overall, 4 step process (Vendor Code Creation, EDI Onboarding,Supply Chain Onboarding, Item Set-up) with the culmination of this process being the test order (often times needs troubleshooting so there are typically a few test orders).

Vendor Code(VC)creation:

  • Once the buyer has decided to accept Zevo into the distribution, they begin the process of creating the VC.
  • The VC is the required first step.
  • In order to create this VC, the administrator for this role will need to confirm with the Sales team that terms and conditions aligned to (and reflected accurately in the customer setup process), confirm with the Sales team that insurance requirements met (and reflected accurately in the customer setup process), and complete multiple VC setup forms with contact/ship to/other logistics information.

EDI Onboarding:

  • Once the VC is created, support IT with the EDI set-up. Administrator role is only to ensure that this step stays on track, not to complete the work.

Supply Chain onboarding:

  • Then, support the Supply Chain team with the back end work to ensure our shipping lanes are set up from the ship site to customer receiving point.
  • Administrator role is only to ensure that this step stays on track, not to complete the work.

Item set-up:

  • Once the above is complete, this administrative assistant would set up the items in the customer’s system, using the process required by the retailer.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistant: 3 years (Required)
  • Agile: 3 years (Required)
  • Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)
