Pointe Group Care, LLC is currently seeking a full-time/non-exempt Administrative Assistant to work at our corporate office in Stoughton. Candidate should be energetic and be a team player. We offer a generous benefit package and a competitive salary.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering main phone line/transferring calls
  • Filing, typing
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Relevant office duties such as mailings, receiving/sending packages etc.
  • Order/stock office supplies
  • Help in maintaining office equipment
  • Greet/help incoming visitors if/when necessary
  • Responsible for scheduling events/appointments for COO and CFO
  • Professional presentation a must
  • Excellent customer service
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School diploma
  • 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Experience working with executives
