Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting two members of our Leadership Team by handling phone calls, emails, sales leads, job logistics and office projects. Responsibilities & Duties

 Answer phone calls and emails on behalf of the Integrator & VP of Sales  Handle special projects  Research company opportunities and assist with implementation  Update company spreadsheets and ensure data is accurate  Coordinate logistics for extracting assets for clients  Assist our pull team with issues faced on jobs that are booked  Update CRM program with leads

Qualifications & Skills

 Previous work experience in sales and/or customer service a plus  Good IT skills; Microsoft Office knowledge helpful  Quick and adaptable learner  Impeccable attention to detail  Organization is key  Excellent communicator  Team player with a positive attitude; collaborative with colleagues  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills a must

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
