As the Administrative Assistant, you will be the first face visitors see when they enter the corporate office. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the front desk area, including answering phones, delivering messages, sorting mail, and assisting in other business office functions. Also, as the Administrative Assistant, you will be a support for corporate training and meetings by maintaining drink and snack inventory and arranging catered meals when needed. In addition, you will receive and submit building maintenance requests and plan, conduct, and document safety drills for the office.

Requirements:

Preferred Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma/GED with at least three years experience in officing using all office skills. Associate degree preferred or similar certificate with experience.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Advanced knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, computers, and other related office equipment.
  • Advanced knowledge of grammar, spelling, and math.
  • Ability to maintain complex clerical records and to prepare reports from varied statistical and accounting information.
  • Demonstrated ability to support/interact with people with disabilities.
  • Ability to speak, hear, and read the English language.
  • Covid-19 vaccination required; exemptions for medical and religious purposes available; reasonable accommodations will be considered.
